By accessing and using Daloy ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Daloy for personal and church ministry purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Daloy at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must keep your account information up to date
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Daloy, a Daloy employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

5. Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Daloy (songs, chord charts, lineups, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Daloy a license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and licenses for any copyrighted material you upload, including song lyrics and chord progressions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Daloy and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Daloy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Daloy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
